After writing out the information, I have decided to add this to my delivery box as I think it will help to make it just overall more finished. I've decided to add this to the back of the box so that the front will remain as simple as it is already.
Happy with the developments of this, I printed out a mock up ready for the final crit. I think it just gives the whole thing a bit more structure and doesn't look like it's been rushed now.
