WIDFP? - Paper Formats

Reflecting back over what I have done so far I am quite pleased with where I am at. One thing that I noticed though is that essentially stock and paper formats are actually two different points, and would work better separately than what they do just under the stock title as stock isn't always necessarily paper - it is the surface you are working on. So I have made changed to the layout of this to accommodate this decision.
