What comes from where, how things are done, existing surveys.
What form and quantity will be produced?
Primary Material
Use my blog to document all findings. Try find as many different sources as I can related to selected beverages. Try get as much primary research as I can.
Secondary Material
Internet, existing things out there. Use to find out more obscure things that wouldn't necessarily be able to find anywhere else.
