When I looked at the 'Is that a medium?' 'Yes. Is that the smallest?' poster, I wondered if it would work to switch around the weights of the typeface to be the other way around. So the medium part would be bolder than the smallest part. So like medium is a medium weight and smallest with the smallest weight.
I think this works.
